If automatic activation is not successful from the installer or license utility for your Kofax product, use the procedure below to activate the license manually.

• Enter Serial Number: Type the serial number issued to you at the time of purchase. If you have a hardware key, the serial number (usually 7 characters) is printed on the key.
• Email Address: Type the email address where Kofax can send the information you need to activate the product license.
• Next: Click Next to proceed with the activation process.
